The first time I called I had a hard time getting established at your office. I am a summer resident in Put-In-Bay, but live the rest of the year in Houston. Two months before coming to Ohio I had a dental exam and full mouth X rays in Houston. I am on a 3 month cleaning schedule and I was due for a cleaning in June. The receptionist said I could not be seen without having the exam and X rays at your office, even thought I said our dentist would e-mail this information. It was only after my sister, a patience at your office, spoke to Dr. Nehls was the front office willing to make an appointment and waver the dental exam and X rays. All was clear sailing after that. I got an appointment and I loved my visit. If ever I moved to Ohio full time I would chose Dr. Nehls as my dentist.”
